Rooted in Safety Circle
An SSP Listening Group for women after cancer treatment
Rooted in Safety is a small-group listening experience for women affected by cancer who are no longer in active treatment and are ready to deepen their nervous system’s sense of safety, connection, and ease.
Using the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), this group offers a carefully supported way to help the nervous system soften and settle through shared listening. Sessions are held in a calm, relational environment where co-regulation and consistency allow safety to be experienced—not forced.
Alongside SSP listening, we’ll spend time:
Building gentle, supportive community
Learning simple grounding and regulation tools
Noticing body cues and internal responses with compassion
Allowing space for rest and integration
There is no pressure to talk, process, or perform. Rest is welcome. You are encouraged to listen in a way that honors your body’s needs each session.
Rooted in Safety is not about pushing through or “doing it right.” It’s about offering your nervous system repeated, lived experiences of safety—so connection, resilience, and ease can naturally grow.
