🌸 Spring Equinox Renewal Retreat for Women

March 20–22 | Wausau, Wisconsin

As winter slowly loosens its grip and the light begins to return, you’re invited to pause, exhale, and step into spring feeling rested, nourished, and connected.

The Spring Equinox Renewal Retreat is a weekend designed to help you gently shed what’s felt heavy this winter and make space for renewal — in your body, your nervous system, and your spirit. Held over the first full days of spring, this retreat offers a supportive container for deep rest, meaningful connection, and quiet joy.

This is not about fixing yourself or doing more. It’s about slowing down, being held, and letting yourself receive.

🌿 What the Weekend Will Include

Throughout the weekend, you’ll experience a thoughtful blend of Mindfully Rooted offerings, including:

  • mindfulness and meditation practices

  • gentle movement and nervous system regulation

  • guided reflection and journaling

  • options for artistic expression and exploration

  • opportunities for silence and spaciousness

  • ritual and intention-setting aligned with the spring equinox

  • time outdoors to enjoy the natural beauty of the season

  • a Saturday sound bath with a special guest facilitator

Everything is optional. You’re encouraged to listen to your body and participate in ways that feel supportive for you.

🏡 The Setting

The retreat will be held at a luxury waterfront property in the Wausau area, offering beautiful indoor spaces and plenty of outdoor areas to explore, rest, and breathe in the first days of spring. Expect cozy gathering spaces, natural light, and the calming presence of water and open sky.

All provided meals will be simple, nourishing, and thoughtfully prepared, with care for balance and ease.
