This workshop series is an invitation to slow down, soften, and create — not to make “good art."
We'll use basic materials (think paper, markers, paint, collage) to complete a different project each week. We'll focus more on the process than the final product. There’s no right or wrong way to do these projects, and absolutely no art experience is needed.
Throughout the series, you can expect:
simple, accessible projects and grounding activities
gentle guidance and prompts
plenty of spaciousness and silence
all necessary supplies
Leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and a little more connected to yourself — and maybe even surprised by what shows up on the page when there's no pressure to perform.
Come as you are. Bring curiosity and a willingness to play.

Julie Trombley is a Health Educator turned Life Coach and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, who's on a mission to reduce stress. She completed her meditation teacher certification through Tara Brach & Jack Kornfield's 2-year teacher training program. She is the founder and owner of Mindfully Rooted Coaching.
