Rooted in Safety: For Women Affected by Cancer
🌿 Rooted in Safety
Understanding Your Nervous System & Supporting Healing from Cancer
Free Live Zoom Workshop
February 22, 2026 • 1:00–2:00 PM ET
If you’re navigating life during or after cancer treatment, you already know how much your mind, body, and spirit have been asked to hold. The medical trauma, the whirlwind of decisions, the uncertainty… it all lives in the nervous system long after the appointments end.
That’s why I created Rooted in Safety—a gentle, supportive space to learn how your nervous system responds to stress and how you can work with it to feel more grounded, regulated, and connected again.
In this free workshop, you’ll learn:
🌱 The basics of Polyvagal Theory, explained in simple, everyday language
🌱 Why your nervous system reacts the way it does during and after treatment
🌱 Practical tools you can use right away to calm your body, shift out of survival mode, and build a deeper sense of safety
🌱 Supportive practices for resetting, reconnecting, and honoring yourself through survivorship
Whether you’re newly diagnosed, in the thick of treatment, or years into life after cancer, you are welcome here. This hour together is meant to be nourishing, validating, and empowering—no pressure, no perfection, just compassion and care.
